From our first visit to the showroom through the install everything went exactly as they said it would. The owners, whom we worked with throughout, listened to what we were thinking and gave us excellent advise. From picking the type of stone through selecting the exact slab they could not have been more helpful and patient. We changed our chosen slab and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. After blowing us away with their pricing, beat the big box store significantly, they arranged for the template to be created. The gentleman who came to do this couldn’t have been more pleasant and explained everything he was doing and discussed how we envisioned the new countertops installed. He was meticulous in his measurements and very thorough. As the installed product proved out. After the stone had been cut and finished they arranged for the installation. The two gentlemen who came that day were equally as pleasant and professional as everyone else we worked with at Countertops Unlimited. They did, in our opinion, an outstanding job removing the old countertops and prepping the base to accept the new one. The amount of effort they put into making certain every piece and joint were aligned perfectly as a customer was great to witness. Just to make the point of what a fantastic slab of granite and the work put into creating the countertops and installing them we had two different contractors at the house in the days following the install and they both stopped in their tracks to admire the new countertops installed. One even asked if he could snap some pics to show his wife! I’d say that’s independent high praise.
